This on-site session is made up of presentations live demonstrations and a Q&A session that together provide a better understanding of the software, who it is aimed at and what it can do. As it is not a hands-on session, there is no actual limit to the number of people attending although we recommend a maximum of 20. The session also includes valuable tips and tricks for current users and gives everyone an opportunity to ask questions whether they are new or current users.

What kinds of tools are available?

Objectives
By the end of the session attendees new to the software will have a good knowledge of its uses and potential. Current users will gain additional knowledge relating to new functionality (where relevant) and pick up new ways of using the software that will enhance their user experience and allow for more efficient working practices.

Prerequisites
There are no software requisites for this session. All session are conducted in English so students should have a good understanding of spoken and written English. (Translators can be used on closed sessions.)
